Gentle Sleep Support Agreement

1. Service Overview
You (Your name) are hiring me (Luci / Super Sleepers Infant Sleep Consultancy) to provide personalised sleep support and guidance based on gentle, responsive and evidence-informed methods. My role is to support you in improving your infant's sleep through consultation, education and emotional support — without using cry-it-out or other non-responsive approaches.
2. Scope of Work
Your chosen support package ‘Luna’ includes the following:
Any additional support outside what is detailed above may incur extra fees - this will be discussed and agreed upon in advance. Whilst I will endeavor to reply to WhatsApp messages within a couple of hours, Monday - Sunday, due to being a parent myself, there will be times, which I’m unable to specify, where it may take me longer to respond. I will inform you if I will be away and how this may impact my communication with you.
3. Fees and Payment
Total Fee: £160 (Chill Baby) £199 (Sweet Dreamers) £299 (Luna)
Payment is due:
✔ In full upon booking
☐ In two instalments (please discuss before booking)Payments are non-refundable once your questionnaire and sleep diary have been received. If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours notice.

I am not a medical professional. My advice does not replace medical or psychological care. If you have concerns about your baby’s health, you should speak with your GP, health visitor or paediatrician.
7. Confidentiality & Privacy
All client information is kept confidential. I will never share images or identifying details without your explicit written consent. I may from time to time share your positive words and experience in the form of emails and message screen shots which will be fully anonymised. Please opt out in writing if you do not agree to this.
8. Termination
Either party may end this agreement at any time in writing. Refunds will not be issued once services have begun unless under exceptional circumstances.
9. Governing Law
This contract is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

- 3 x half an hour virtual consultations
- A personalised sleep plan
- Sleep information documents
- WhatsApp follow up support for 4 weeks

- WhatsApp follow up support for 1 week
- 1 x 40 minute virtual consultation
- Sleep plan guided by our consultation

Your chosen service 'Ask me Anything' includes the following:
A 30 or 60 minute virtual meeting to ask any general questions about baby sleep or your sleep situation

- Provide honest, accurate information about your baby’s sleep and routines.
- Follow safe sleep guidelines as outlined by the Lullaby Trust or your local authority for safe sleep guidelines.
- Communicate respectfully and openly during our time working together.
- Understand that improvements take time and that guarantees cannot be made regarding outcomes.

- Share safe-sleep guidance as necessary.
- Communicate clearly and consistently throughout our work.
- Offer emotional support with compassion and professionalism.
- Keep all information you share confidential, in line with GDPR guidelines.
